There are 114 units at Creekside Crossing. They were all built in the mid 1990s by Centex, a well respected national builder. Centex was one of many builders to provide housing within Pelican Landing which was developed by WCI, another national leader.
The units are housed in 23 buildings, all two story, some four units per building and some six. All of the buildings are concrete block/stucco construction with concrete barrel tile roofs. As all of the units are single story there are first story units and second story units. For each kind there are inside units (two per 6 unit building) and outside units. All have very large screened lanais and single car garages. All have the same size large master bedroom and attached bathroom. All have a dining area between the kitchen and lanai. All have a laundry room. All have at least one guest bedroom and guest bath. All first story units have in addition a room that is either a den or a second guest bedroom. Second floor units tend to be the larger sizes and have several layouts some with media rooms, some with additional bedrooms, and most with a formal dining room.
Everything visible in the picture above is commonly owned property including the building exteriors, the landscaping, our road with lighting and parking, trash receptacles and a recreational complex consisting of two pools, a fountain/waterfall/pond feature, a hot tub, rest rooms with changing facilities and a community center
